1. Introduction

Welcome to NoteFlow ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Poisson Flow Inc. collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application NoteFlow.

By downloading, installing, or using NoteFlow, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data Stored Locally

NoteFlow stores the following data exclusively on your device:

• Notes and Checklists: All content you create, including titles, text, and checklist items
• App Preferences: Theme settings (Light/Dark/System), language selection, and onboarding completion status
• Pinned Notes: Information about which notes you've pinned
• Deleted Notes: Temporarily stored in trash for 30 days before permanent deletion

Important: This data never leaves your device. We do not have access to your notes or any content you create.

2.2 Third-Party Advertising Data

We display advertisements through Google AdMob. Google may collect certain information to serve personalized ads, including:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• Device type and operating system
• General location information (based on IP address)
• App usage patterns for ad targeting

3. Permissions We Request

NoteFlow requests the following permissions to provide its functionality:

4.1 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within NoteFlow. Google AdMob uses the following advertising identifiers:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID)
• Device and app identifiers
• Diagnostic information

You can opt out of personalized advertising by:

• Going to your device Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Or within NoteFlow Settings (if available in your region)

5. Data Security

Your data security is our priority:

• Local Storage Only: All your notes and personal content are stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms
• No Account Required: We don't require you to create an account, eliminating the risk of account-related data breaches
• No Cloud Sync: Your data is never uploaded to our servers
• Secure Deletion: Deleted notes remain in trash for 30 days and can be permanently removed at any time

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: When you explicitly choose to share content via the app's sharing features
• With Service Providers: Google AdMob serves advertisements within the app
• For Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

7. Children's Privacy

NoteFlow is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access Your Data: All your data is stored locally and accessible within the app
• Delete Your Data: You can delete individual notes or empty the trash to permanently remove content
• Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: Through your device settings or Google Ads settings
• Uninstall the App: This will remove all locally stored data

9. International Users

NoteFlow is available globally. If you are using the app from outside the United States, please be aware that information may be processed by Google AdMob in accordance with their global privacy practices. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy for information on international data transfers.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Posting the new Privacy Policy on this page
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• In-app notification for significant changes

11. Data Retention

Local Data: Your notes and preferences remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Trash Data: Deleted notes remain in the trash for 30 days and are permanently deleted after that period or when you manually empty the trash.
